jeetbzzu (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online entertainment and betting service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below.

These terms and conditions take effect as soon as you open your jeetbzzu account. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.

When opening an account, you must confirm the following:

• You are opening the account in your own name and for yourself.

• You have not previously operated a banned account on this platform.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification

To ensure security, jeetbzzu may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Account Deactivation

jeetbzzu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Attempts to manipulate the system or software.
• Harassing behavior toward other users.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to applicable wagering conditions.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available to deposit funds into jeetbzzu: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply in special cases.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, the withdrawal will remain on hold until the investigation is concluded.

4.4 Failed Transactions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 General Promotion Policy

• Each promotion has its own specific validity period and terms.
• A promotion cannot be used more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus money is deducted from the bonus balance before real money bets.
• jeetbzzu reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The jeetbzzu VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection or a technical error, a fair result will be determined based on the system logs. jeetbzzu is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

jeetbzzu is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors, network issues, or disruption of third-party services. Any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or carelessness is entirely the user's responsibility.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jeetbzzu is not responsible for the quality or disruption of services from payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The respective third party's own terms and conditions apply.
